Deposits paid to secure services are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled. If you need to cancel before work begins and materials have not been ordered, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Payment for completed work is expected as outlined in your service agreement. If you are unsatisfied with the completed work, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
If there are quality issues with our work or materials, we will make every effort to correct the problem at no additional cost to you. Our goal is always to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If you have concerns about charges or the quality of work, please contact us directly. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues.
Emergency service calls are subject to different terms due to their urgent nature. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of service.
If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
